Childcare Cuneradal in Dommelen
Childcare (0-4 years)
At childcare Cuneradal you feel at home
At our small-scale groups with trusted professionals, your child is welcome. Together we do the best things, indoors and outdoors. Sing songs together, play outside or grow a cucumber in the discovery garden? It's all possible here!
Structure and challenge
On the one hand, we offer structure and rhythm. This gives children something to hold on to: they know where they stand. That is good for everyone. On the other hand, we want every child to have a nice, safe development during their time at our day care centre. We do this with all kinds of instructive and challenging activities. With our fine, close-knit team of pedagogical professionals at childcare Cuneradal, every day is a new adventure!
New experiences
Besides the regular rhythm of the day and free play, we also provide new experiences for your child. For example, we work with a music teacher and the children love that. Music is a language that all children speak: dancing, singing, clapping, jumping for joy!
For toddlers, we offer sensory challenges and with toddlers we cook/bake and enjoy sports and exercise so that they can release their energy. We are proud of our two lovely outdoor gardens, where the children can play and romp safely outside.
Childcare App
We work with a special Childcare App for parents via the parent portal. This lets us know how your child is doing through personal messages and photos.
Parents can use the app on their smartphone or tablet to read news about the location, view photos, as well as report their child's illness or holidays.

Special features
Playing outside, moving around, is something we think is very important for your child. Not only to release energy, but also for good development. Exercise is healthy! Also for toddlers.
Your child will quickly feel at home. No big school building, no hundreds of children and adults, no floors. But three groups with trusted group leaders. Small but nice, that suits us!
Our activity coordinator provides surprising programmes: dance, drama, technology, cooking, sports. Lots of happy faces and new experiences!
Eating healthy is important to us in our childcare facilities. We spend a lot of time learning how to cut fruit, bake healthy treats together and learn all about the naming of different foods.

We work thematically, which means we have a new theme every 6 weeks. The educational professionals, together with the pedagogical coach, create a theme plan. What will we do in each week? How will we develop the theme? What words will we use? Which developmental areas will we focus on for each theme? And so on. For each theme, we prepare a letter for parents so that they can also engage with the theme at home.
We use the childcare app 'Kidsadmin'.
Agnetendal and Sint Martinus
Three weeks before the start date we make an appointment for the intake at the childcare. Here the parents get all the information about the care and the group where their child will play. And who works in the group. All information is given to the parents to take home in a folder so they can read it again later. There are also 2 introduction mornings agreed with the parents.
The enrollment is received by the director, who will contact the parents and explain the procedure for the next steps. Parents will receive a confirmation of the registration from the Cuneradal planner.
No, after 4 years the contract ends. For after-school care (BSO), you need to re-enroll. You also need to enroll your child in school separately.
Through the parent app Kidsadmin.
There are 3 vertical groups at Cuneradal. In total, we have 42 child places. Each group can accommodate a maximum of 13 children per day (depending on their ages).
